How long does it take to produce my signs?
Answer: Art proofs will be made and sent back to you within 24 hrs. After your Art approval the production time is between 3 to 10 working days. Depending on work load. This does not include time for shipping method chosen.
If your order was placed on a Saturday/Sunday/Holiday, it will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed the following business day.
Stock items will ship out within 1-2 business days.
Can I modify the preview layout?
On the customer notes section of the ordering process, you may request modifications (ie. name larger than phone #, etc..). Our art department will e-mail a new proof with your specifications. 3 complimentary changes allowed per order. A $10.00 charge for each change after 3 changes.
Why can’t UPS ship my order?
Answer: UPS can only ship 150 lbs in one order. Simply break your order up into more than one order And UPS will ship anything less than 150 lbs. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.

What if I am an independent Company and need a design?
Send your high quality logo, colors and your content you Wish to have on your sign and our professional graphic Designers will create your sign to whatever specifications You require. You will receive a proof for your approval within Two business days. Email your specs and art to:

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday.

Can I return or exchange?
1) There are NO returns or exchanges on personalized custom signs.
2) Returned stock items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
3) No refunds on shipping once your order has been shipped.
4) Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return item(s) back to store.
How do I re-order similar items?
Here is how. Click on "My Order" on the top navigation bar, you are requested to input your username combination.
Next step is to search and choose a past order. You may re-order exactly the same set of items. Or, you may still change your order quantity, options, and even customized text there.
